1. The service

Free HTML Host ("we", "the service") provides free static web hosting at freehtmlhost.com subpaths. You may upload or paste HTML content and we serve it publicly at freehtmlhost.com/your-name.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to host content that:

• is illegal, or infringes others' rights;
• is phishing, malware, or designed to deceive visitors;
• harasses, defames or threatens any person;
• sexualizes minors or promotes extremism;
• spams or auto-generates mass low-quality pages;
• uses the service as a CDN/proxy for third-party content or heavy assets.

We may remove violating sites without notice and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and serve it, worldwide, for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for the content you publish.

4. Availability & limits

The service is free and provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee. We may throttle, archive or remove inactive sites to keep the service fast for everyone. Names of archived sites return to the pool.

5. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts or sites that breach these terms.

6. Liability

The service is offered "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the site.
